Black Entrepreneurship Program
The Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP) is a partnership between the Government of Canada, Black-led business organizations, and financial institutions. With an investment of up to $265 million over four years, it will help Black Canadian business owners and entrepreneurs grow their businesses and succeed now and into the future.

The Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund is a partnership between the Government of Canada, Black-led business organizations, the Business Development Bank of Canada and other financial institutions. It will provide loans up to $250,000 to Black business owners and entrepreneurs across the country. - National Ecosystem Fund
The National Ecosystem Fund supports not-for-profit Black-led business organizations across the country in their capacity to provide support, mentorship, financial planning, and business training for Black entrepreneurs. - Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub
The Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub will conduct research on Black entrepreneurship in Canada. It will help identify barriers to success and opportunities for growth.

Black Entrepreneur Startup Program – Futurpreneur Canada
Our program for Black entrepreneurs age 18-39 provides startup loan financing and up to two years of mentorship, plus access to resources and networking opportunities with fellow entrepreneurs across Canada.
Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund | CFIB
The Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund (BELF) will provide loans of up to $250,000 to Black business owners and entrepreneurs across Canada, with a goal of laying a foundation for future success and long-term change. A micro-loan pilot project will offer loans of $10,000 to $25,000 to Black entrepreneurs in Ontario and British Columbia.
As part of its mandate to provide funding and capacity building support for Canadian Black-led businesses, Black Opportunity Fund (BOF) has established the Black Entrepreneur Program to provide Canadian Black entrepreneurs who have been unable to access traditional funding from financial institutions, with business education, financial literacy, skills training and support to help build their capacity and knowledge to operate successful, sustainable businesses.

Black-Led Business Financing Program – Scotia Bank
Businesses that have a minimum black ownership of 50% or more and annual sales up to $15,000,000 will be eligible to apply for loans under the program.
