Cornwall Ontario – A major online resource for local entrepreneurs has a brand new look.

The Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre has re-launched its website at www.BusinessEnterpriseCentre.ca and site visitors can now access information on key topics via a fully accessible, mobile-friendly, bilingual platform.

“The new website offers improved graphics and entrepreneurs will find it easier than ever to find information they need to open a business in Cornwall, SDG and Akwesasne,” said Candy Pollard, Business Consultant.

The website features information on the Centre’s core consulting services, as well as information on two popular funding programs: Starter Company Plus and Summer Company. The site also offers news stories featuring local success stories as well as information on seminars and business events. These include the spring series of free webinars that are currently being offered.

“The current disruption of business practices due to the pandemic has made access to information more important than ever before,” notes Ms. Pollard. “CBEC has worked hard to share up-to-date info on government supports and public safety guidelines via our website and webinars.”

The website is the product of a multi-week effort coordinated by Ryan Kuhn, CBEC Program Coordinator. Much of the programming and site design was done in-house.
