Cornwall, ON – Cornwall Square has welcomed three new stores to its growing lineup, bringing even more variety and convenience to shoppers in the heart of downtown Cornwall.

Service Ontario
Service Ontario opened its new location at Cornwall Square on April 2, 2025 , making it even easier for residents to access essential government services. The franchisee chose the location after recognizing that its previous location was not ideal. With the Square’s central downtown location, four-level parking garage and easy access from across the great Cornwall area, the new Service Ontario site offers a more convenient option for customers. Since opening, the steady daily traffic from Service Ontario visitors has also contributed to increased sales for other tenants at the mall.

Habitat for Humanity ReStore
Cornwall Square has also welcomed a boutique satellite version of the well-known Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The local Habitat team wanted to pilot a smaller-scale boutique model that showcases inspiring new products alongside quality pre-owned merchandise in a compact retail setting – Cornwall Square was a natural fit. The store brings affordable finds to shoppers while supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building safe, affordable housing.

BIHE Kitchen & Bath
BIHE Kitchen & Bath (BIHE Granite Cornwall) has opened a new showroom to showcase its kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. Already operating a warehouse at 1397 Rosemount Avenue, BIHE recognized the need for a higher-profile local showroom to build brand awareness and connect directly with area consumers. Cornwall Square offered an ideal opportunity to expand their reach and better serve homeowners looking for stylish and functional renovations.

About Cornwall Square
Cornwall Square is strategically located next to the Cornwall waterfront in the heart of the city’s downtown sector. The two-level indoor shopping mall features 250,000 sq.ft. of leasable space and room for over 60 tenants. The site encompasses an area of approximately 9.16 acres and includes a four-level parking garage with 1,000 spaces along with an additional 180 parking spaces in an open lot. The property has long been the single largest shopping centre in the region and servers a trade area of approximately 113,000 people.
The shopping mall is currently home to a number of major retailers, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Coles (Indigo), People’s Jewellers, Dollarama and Tim Hortons. Work is also currently underway to prepare space for new tenants.
