Cornwall, ON – Aspiring and growing food entrepreneurs across Ontario have another opportunity to access free training through the Foodpreneur Advantage program, with the next session launching August 13, 2025.
Ontario is home to the largest food and beverage sector in Canada, contributing over $17 billion annually to the province’s GDP and employing more than 125,000 people. The Foodpreneur Advantage program helps early-stage entrepreneurs tap into that potential with expert-led training sessions and industry insights.
Now available to entrepreneurs in the Cornwall, SDG and Akwesasne area through partnerships with local Business Enterprise Centre, the program will include sessions such as:

- Starting a Food Business & Regulatory Compliance – August 21, 2025
- How to Sell Your Food Product – August 28, 2025
- Costing & Pricing to Make Profits – September 4, 2025
- Marketing & Branding your Food Product – September 11, 2025
- Food Safety Fundamentals for Startups – September 18, 2025
- Labelling & Packaging your Food Product – September 25, 2025
